Please join us for a fantastic, fun-filled,
exciting day of music workshops at
our home in Worcester, Massachusetts
on Tuesday, July 22, 2008.
Schedule for the day:
- 8 AM Registration and Continental Breakfast
- 9 AM - Noon: Music: The Real Secret to a Successful Early Childhood Classroom
- 12 PM - 1 PM Lunch
- 1 PM - 2 PM: Leap Into Literacy: Using Music, Movement, and Rhythm Instruments
to make Picture Books come Alive!
- 2 PM - 3 PM: Circle Time For Teachers: Sharing Your Favorite Early Childhood Song
- 3 PM - 3:30 PM: A Hokey Pokey Revival: The Power of Musical Circle Games Revealed!
- 3:30 PM - 4 PM: Taking It Home - How To Make It Last Until Next Summer
- 4 PM - 5 PM Departure (and snacks!)
TUITION: The total cost is $185 and will include a continental breakfast, a delicious vegetarian lunch prepared in our home, snacks and beverages, and all educational materials. All lodging and transportations costs are solely the responsibility of attendees to SMI. Food allergies can be accommodated.
Upon completion of training each participant will
receive a certificate indicating 6 contact hours!

Numerous choices are available for transportation, either by car, bus, train, or air. Worcester is conveniently located one hour west of Boston, one hour northeast of Hartford, CT, two hours east of Albany, NY, and three hours northeast of NYC at the crossroads of Interstates 290, 395, 195, and the Massachusetts Turnpike. We are located 10 minutes from the bus station in Worcester, and an hour from 3 major airports. What could be easier?
